Manager Security

To ensure the safety, security, and compliance of the personalization center’s physical infrastructure, personnel, and sensitive data and materials in accordance with industry security standards (e.g., PCI-CP, ISO 27001, Visa/Mastercard security requirements).

Key Responsibilities:

Access Control & Surveillance
- Monitor and control access to restricted zones such as vaults, production areas, and card storage rooms.
- Operate and maintain CCTV, biometric readers, and alarm systems.
- Maintain logs of all physical entries and exits in secure zones.
Compliance & Auditing
- Ensure compliance with card scheme requirements (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and local regulatory standards for physical security.
- Support internal and external audits by providing physical security records, logs, and reports.
- Perform regular security risk assessments and gap analysis.
Security Operations
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify and report any suspicious activity or breaches.
- Manage security for the loading and unloading of sensitive materials (e.g., chip cards, foils, PIN mailers).
- Respond to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies and document findings.
Policy & Procedure Enforcement
- Enforce security policies, including visitor protocols, badge usage, material handling, and clean desk policies.
- Train personnel on physical security awareness and protocols.
Security Infrastructure Management
- Oversee the maintenance and effectiveness of physical barriers, locks, safes, and monitoring systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service and upgrades to security equipment.
