Reports to: Director Fianace/Finance Manager
Under the general guidance of Director Finance/ Finance Manager or GM the Cost Controller will be responsible for supervision of cost record, protect misuse of company resources, and monitor internal controls, cross check of purchase transaction and verification of cost critical analysis reports.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily Inspection of Store Room
- Daily Inspection of receiving Area
- Invoices & receiving Reports Verification
- Recording & Maintain of Storing Record
- Preparing Daily Reports
- Maintain Store Cost Books
- Cross Checking of Purchasing Department
- Submission of Purchase Requisition
- Standard Portion Controls
- Control of Theft
- Preparing Receipt Cards
- Making of Butcher Test
- Planning of Raw Material of Stores
- Control on Daily Issues
- Costing of Menus
- Calculation of Food/Beverage Cost Report
- Monthly Reconciliation Reports of Cost
- Monthly Reconciliation Reports of Stores
- Control on Inventories
- Calculation of Inventory Turn Over
- Price Comparison Reports
- Maintain Excise Record
- Checking of Banquets
- Cost Buffets
- Cross Checking of Sales in Restaurant
- Submission of Excise Vend Fee Report
- Checking on Salvage Sales
- Control on Mini Bars Issue
- Market Survey
- Maintain Record for annual Audit
- Any other work assigned by DF/ADF.
