We are seeking a dedicated Online Salesperson to manage customer inquiries and drive sales through our digital channels, while working from our physical location. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with customers online, close sales, and ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers in selecting the right products or services to meet their needs
Provide product information, pricing, availability, and after-sales support
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales and process customer orders accurately
Follow up with potential and existing customers to build strong relationships
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Meet or exceed individual sales targets set by the Sales Manager
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or sales (preferably online or e-commerce)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to persuade and close sales
Basic computer skills and comfort using online messaging tools
Must be able to work on-site during regular business hours
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM or order management systems is a plus
Ability to handle multiple customer conversations at once
