We are seeking a female Front Desk Officer for TOYOTA WALTON MOTORS. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and assist visitors professionally.
Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
Handle mail and correspondence.
Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
Assist in administrative tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Female candidates only (Good looking and presentable).
Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
