Key Account Executive

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with our key corporate clients. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, customer-centricity, and sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in various sectors.
Develop deep understanding of clients' business needs and offer tailored solutions.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, finance) to ensure service excellence.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Handle escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration /relevant field.
1+ years of experience in account management
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
