We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide information about products, services, and account details.
  • Document customer interactions and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Upsell products/services when appropriate.
  • Escalate issues to senior staff when necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance goals and KPIs.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
