We’re hiring a Technical Support Engineer to deliver excellent technical assistance, troubleshoot product issues, and support customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (hardware/software)
Escalate complex cases to senior teams
Document customer interactions accurately
Conduct remote support sessions when needed
Assist in preparing FAQs, manuals, and support documents
Monitor recurring issues and suggest improvements
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics or related field
Strong communication and analytical skills
Customer-focused mindset
Basic knowledge of solar/inverter systems is a plus
