We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our call centre sales team within the travel agency sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. This role involves overseeing daily operations, coaching and motivating agents, and implementing effective sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Set clear KPIs and lead the team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Team Management: Train, motivate, and supervise call centre agents to ensure high performance and engagement.
Performance Monitoring: Track key sales metrics, analyze trends, and adjust sales tactics to improve outcomes.
Customer Experience: Address escalated customer issues promptly to uphold service quality and satisfaction.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed weekly and monthly sales reports to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
At least 3 years of experience in sales or team management, with call centre experience considered an advantage.
Strong leadership skills and proficiency in CRM and LMS platforms.
Excellent communication skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
A target-oriented, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
