- Problem-Solving Skills: Handling travel disruptions, cancellations, or changes efficiently
Experience & Industry Knowledge
- Prior experience in a travel agency, airline, or hospitality industry (preferred)
- Knowledge of visa requirements, travel insurance, and industry regulations
- Understanding of tourism trends and customer preferences
