Truckistan is looking for a Full Stack Developer in our Lahore office to produce scalable software solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, building, and deploying of our software systems. He/she will be able to drive the programming of well-constructed, testable code.
The ideal candidate shall have a broad technical background, a solid understanding of applicable analytics, and a natural curiosity for producing effective solutions. The candidate should be patient, should have excellent time-management skills, and practice effective communication style.
Job Description:
- Develops applications as per specifications including developing application code, testing completed applications, and develop required documentation as defined by company development standards.
- Maintains strict adherence to standards for documentation, development techniques, testing, and other related development activity.
- Maintains existing programs as per project task specifications including coding the alterations, testing the corrected application and updating the required documentation as defined by company development standards.
- Leads or participates in walk-throughs of program design, coding, and testing in order to minimize occurrence of program problems.
- Learn, pair, and participate in code reviews, to grow and contribute to the growth of others in and around your team
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and partner Engineering teams to build new features
- Continues to focus on developing technical skills in system application development.
- Willingly takes on additional responsibilities as requested in order to accomplish department and Company objectives.
- Actively participates and contributes to the goals and objectives of the Company by working collaboratively and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Job Requirements & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience is required in the following tool & technologies required
- Hands-on experience on Java related technologies like Spring Boot and RESTful Web Services.
- Experience with the databases like Postgres, MySQL
- Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience in JavaScript, API's, JSON, React JS
- Understanding of HTML5 and CSS along with design system, like Ant design
- Familiarity with CSS pre-processors, bundlers, and associated languages/syntaxes/libraries.
- Proficiency with code management using Git and GitHub
- You’re a master when it comes to investigative and debugging skills
- Strong object-oriented design skills with any programming language
- Knowledge of Software Design patterns and solid principles
- Good English communication skills both verbal and written are required
- Knowledge of Test-Driven Development, Software Development Lifecycle
- Possess analytical skills including proficiency with research tools and techniques
- Must be able to multi-task and manage time in order to meet varying deadlines
- Responsible, reliable, dedicated, accountable and quick learner
- Organized and self-directed
- Intuitive, problem solver, and analytical
- Ability to work effectively with all departments
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
