We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our in‑office team for night shift operations (6 pm – 4 am). This full‑time role involves managing email, live chat, and occasional phone support for our US‑based clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone as needed
- Deliver accurate, timely resolutions in a professional manner
- Document each interaction and maintain up‑to‑date records
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Adhere to communication protocols and uphold a courteous tone
- Recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting US clients
- Strong multitasking, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Must be based in Lahore and available for 6 pm–4 am shifts
- Serious about long‑term career growth (students and fresh graduates are not eligible)
