We are looking for the services of "Accounts Executive" for our Bahria Town, Lahore Head office.
Job descriptions/Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounting activities and record keeping
- Keep bank accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions
- Facilitate the senior management in preparation of monthly accounts of the company by providing required information
- Record keeping
- Payroll Distribution
- Coordination with customers and parties regarding their financials, accounting needs and other management related matters.
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensuring timely payments of utility bills / contractual payments till due date
- Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner
- Good learning attitude
Skills and Specifications
- Adaptable and multitask
- Impressive interpersonal skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting terms
- Good command over MS-Excel & MS-Word
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Basic knowledge of banking
- Ability to keep documents and data well organized

Educational Qualification: At least B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance)
