Ultimate Plus is seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role requires a creative, analytical, and proactive individual who can manage our online presence and drive growth through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) for maximum ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Analyze key metrics and prepare performance reports to inform strategy.
Social Media Management:
- Handle day-to-day management of Ultimate Plus’s social media accounts, ensuring engaging and consistent content.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers and enhance engagement.
- Respond promptly to messages, comments, and customer inquiries.
Shopify Website Management:
- Make edits and updates to the Shopify website, including product listings, banners, and navigation.
- Ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
Content Creation & Collaboration:
- Work with designers and content creators to develop captivating graphics, videos, and posts.
- Generate ideas for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in performance marketing, especially on Meta platforms.
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for brands.
- Proficiency in Shopify website management and editing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce and retail industries.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Knowledge of other ad platforms like Google Ads is a plus.
