Description:

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientations.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related support.
  • Arrange and coordinate HR projects such as meetings, and surveys & take minutes
  • Ensure legal compliance across human resource management.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with line managers to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
