Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, and applications.
- Follow established procedures and protocols to identify and resolve problems.
- Document solutions and knowledge for future reference.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, or in person.
- Guide users on how to use software and hardware effectively.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware.
System Maintenance:
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
Customer Service:
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide clear instructions.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even under pressure.
Other Tasks:
- Set up new user accounts and profiles.
- Manage password resets and other security-related issues.
- Support the rollout of new applications.
Skills:
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
