Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow social media engagement through creative strategies.
Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences.
Optimize content for SEO and social media reach.
Plan and execute content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
Edit and proofread content to maintain high-quality standards.
Develop engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media management.
Strong understanding of content trends and audience engagement strategies.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut is a plus).
