Office Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Coordinator located in Lahore. The Front Office Coordinator would be responsible for phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, office administration, and customer service.

Qualifications

Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Experience with appointment scheduling, office administration, and receptionist duties
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily duties
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred
Experience in ecommerce or Amazon marketing is a plus
Fluent in English and Urdu
Salary Range 50k to 60k

Office Timing: 9am to 6pm
