Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and maintaining daily activity report at site
- Communicating with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public for briefing of project
- Maintaining Files Record at Site for presenting to CEO
- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
- Checking and preparing site reports and developing best understanding of project
- Maintaining quality control procedures
- Finding ways to prevent problems from happening
- Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
- Keep authorities updated about site's progress.
