• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during interactions
  • Document customer interactions and update records
  • Conduct sales calls and close deals independently
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Provide product information and answer customer questions.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
