Hotel Manager

As a Graduate Hotel Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience and the team operates efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to learn, lead, and make a difference in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations across all departments, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
Ensure guests receive excellent service and handle any issues or feedback with professionalism.
Support and motivate staff to maintain high standards of hospitality.
Assist in managing budgets, schedules, and resources to meet operational goals.
Work closely with the team to develop innovative ways to enhance guest experiences.
Ensure the property is well-maintained and meets health and safety standards.
Help plan and execute marketing and promotional activities.

Requirements:

Recent graduate in hospitality, business management, or a related field.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Basic knowledge of hotel operations or internships in hospitality (preferred but not required).
Flexibility to work in a remote location and adapt to a multicultural environment.
