Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global recruitment strategies tailored to address the unique needs of various international markets.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all countries where recruitment is conducted, thus minimizing legal risks for the organization.
  • Oversee the management of remote teams, ensuring that they are well-supported, motivated, and aligned with the organizations objectives.
