Structure Engineer

Vista Group is seeking a highly skilled Structure Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge and expertise in structural engineering principles, as well as proficiency in essential software tools such as AutoCAD and Structural Dynamics Software. This role involves managing a team of 13 talented engineers and technicians, ensuring that all projects meet the required standards for safety, performance, and durability. A strong background in Project Management and a comprehensive understanding of Risk Management Frameworks will be crucial to successfully navigate the challenges associated with large-scale structural projects.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 13 structural engineers and technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and development.
Design and analyze structural systems for high-rise buildings, utilizing tools such as AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to produce high-quality engineering drawings.
Conduct thorough structural analyses to ensure safety, stability, and performance under various load conditions, leveraging structural dynamics software.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate structural design seamlessly into overall project plans.
Develop comprehensive project management plans that outline timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for structural engineering projects.
Implement risk management strategies to identify potential challenges and develop appropriate mitigation plans to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
Review project specifications and align structural designs with applicable building codes and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation related to structural designs and analyses.
Maintain strong communication and collaborative relationships with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and best practices in structural engineering to continuously improve processes and deliver exceptional outcomes.
