We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in Snov.io, Unbounce, and lead hunting techniques to build and execute hyper-personalized lead generation campaigns. This fully remote role requires consistency, reliability, and strong execution skills to drive high-quality leads for our agency.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize Snov.io, Unbounce, and other lead generation tools to identify and collect high-potential prospects.
Conduct targeted lead research to ensure high personalization in outreach strategies.
Analyze and refine lead generation processes to improve response rates and lead quality.
Maintain and organize lead databases efficiently, ensuring accuracy and segmentation.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B lead generation, prospecting, or outbound sales
Proficiency in Snov.io, Unbounce, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
Strong data research and analytical skills to identify the right leads.
Ability to personalize outreach and improve response rates
Excellent written communication skills in English.
A stable internet connection and ability to work independently.
