Junior Accountant

The Junior Accountant is responsible for ensuring smooth processing of orders, verification of payments, accurate invoicing, and maintaining organized financial and stock records. This role requires close coordination with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and update key accounts summaries periodically.

Key Responsibilities:

Process orders in the system based on ratio requirements or model divisions set by management.
Coordinate with employees to resolve discrepancies between order amounts and available balances or product availability.
Generate invoices upon completion of payments or required conditions.
Share invoices through official communication channels with warehouse and respective dealers.
Update key account summaries bi-monthly based on distribution reports from the warehouse.
Conduct reconciliation of key account receivable balances by comparing internal ledger records and reporting discrepancies to the Finance Manager.
Collect and maintain stock delivery documents (DOs) from the sales team.
Prepare and share reports on missing DOs with key account managers and supervisors.
Follow up with employees for document submissions and missing order-related paperwork.
Scan received DOs and consolidate them into digital files, ensuring proper categorization based on order dates.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
