We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and content marketing. The Digital Marketing Expert will play a crucial role in driving online brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and audience segmentation to create targeted campaigns that resonate with key customer demographics.
  • Oversee SEO (Search Engine Optimization) efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Create and implement content marketing strategies, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and multimedia content.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and other relevant platforms, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and track budgets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximum ROI.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, adapting strategies as needed to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Monitor competitors' digital marketing strategies and market trends, using insights to refine and improve campaigns.
  • Foster positive relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to drive collaborative efforts and enhance marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, maintaining a cohesive online presence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns across various platforms.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, social media management, and paid advertising strategies.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and automated workflows.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovative digital marketing solutions.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms or B2B/B2C marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a bonus.

Desirable Skills:

  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar digital marketing certifications.
  • Experience in video marketing, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and landing page optimization.
