We are Hiring---HR Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced manager of Human Resources to lead our HR department and support our organization’s strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles.
  • Oversee the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process and develop initiatives to improve employee performance.
  • Develop and maintain the compensation and benefits program to ensure competitiveness and compliance with labor laws.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues and concerns
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Lead and manage the HR team, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HR software and systems.
