Recruitment and Selection:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews, job postings, and related recruitment tasks.
Employee Onboarding:
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation programs.
- Ensure all employment records are accurately maintained.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in managing employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Payroll and Attendance:
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate salary disbursement.
- Monitor attendance and leave records, ensuring adherence to policies.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and assist in organizing training sessions.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
Performance Management:
- Support performance appraisal processes, including data collection and documentation.
- Ensure timely communication of feedback and improvement plans.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in HR (preferred).
