Welder

You will be responsible for performing welding tasks, fabricating metal components, and assembling parts as per specifications. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols to ensure high-quality output and the smooth functioning of production processes.

Welding Operations:
- Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, or other welding techniques as required.
- Weld components in vertical, flat, and overhead positions.
- Repair and maintain metal structures and products.
Fabrication and Assembly:
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Measure and cut materials accurately to match specifications.
- Assemble metal components using welding and other methods.
Quality Assurance:
- Inspect welds and structures to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and resolve defects or discrepancies in the welding process.
Safety Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols and use protective equipment while performing tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Report any workplace hazards or malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Perform routine checks and report any repairs or replacements needed.
