We are looking for a fresh and Experienced Customer Sales Representative (CSR).

Essential Skills

All applicants MUST have the skills/ability to read, write, and speak English fluently with a good Neutral accent “ONLY”. Ability to work in a blended operations and customer development role Self-motivated, assertive, and responsive to brand metrics. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities are offering part-time and full-time day/night shift jobs with different time schedules.

Job Duties

Different campaigns will involve inbound and outbound calls. Sales will involve outbound calls to local businesses. Inbound calls/online chat support will be received for local businesses and end user for dedicated support. As you are home-based you will be provided with a web-based call dialler to make calls from and a dashboard to view stats/scripts. Please note it’s your responsibility to have reliable internet/Wi-Fi with a laptop/PC and voice headset during your shift.

Work Hours: (local Pakistan time)

5 pm-11 pm PKR (1 position)

Job Type: Part-time/36 Hrs- OVERTIME CAN BE OFFERED

Qualifications

Requirements (Education): Reputable educational institutes and O-Level / A-Level / Intermediate / Bachelors will be preferred. Experience is not necessary but willing to learn.

Salary: Rs14,000.00 per month. Can earn more than Rs 25,000.00 per month with uncapped commission and overtime.
