Wealth Street (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a talented and creative Content Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative content strategies that align with our business goals. The Content Manager will focus on creating compelling content across various platforms, ensuring it engages our target audience and enhances our brand presence. They will further oversee the entire content creation process, including video production processes, copywriting, editing, and social media management, while utilizing analytics to measure effectiveness and drive improvement. This position is essential for maintaining our competitive edge and plays a critical role in our marketing efforts. As a Content Manager, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content that resonates with our audience and adheres to the latest trends and best practices in the industry.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that enhance overall brand visibility and engagement.
  • Strategize, plan, and execute content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including regular posts, stories, and engagement.
  • Create, edit, and produce engaging video content for various platforms to capture our brand voice and values.
  • Develop original, compelling content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and respond to customer queries across social media, email, and other channels promptly and professionally.Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and feedback related to content across all platforms.
  • Edit and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and factual accuracy while maintaining a creative edge.
  • Manage social media accounts and devise strategies to increase engagement, followers, and interactions.
  • Monitor social media platforms for trends and insights and adapt content strategies accordingly to leverage opportunities.
  • Analyze content performance metrics using analytics tools to assess effectiveness and guide future content development.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and finance, to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Utilize graphic design and video production skills to create visually compelling and diverse content tailored to various platforms.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends in content consumption and social media algorithms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines to meet business needs.
