Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Flutter applications from concept to deployment.
Lead front-end development using Flutter and Dart, and integrate with scalable backends (Firebase, Node.js, Laravel, or other).
Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to deliver top-notch user experiences.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Implement state management techniques (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC).
Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for app delivery to Play Store and App Store.
Optimize performance and resolve technical issues across the stack.
Implement robust security and data protection measures.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in mobile app development with a focus on Flutter.
Proven experience with Firebase, REST APIs, and at least one backend language/framework (e.g., Node.js, PHP Laravel).
Solid understanding of frontend (animations, responsiveness, native integrations) and backend logic (APIs, databases, authentication).
Experience deploying apps to Play Store and App Store.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
Familiar with version control tools like Git, GitHub/GitLab.
Experience with integrating third-party SDKs like AdMob, Firebase Analytics, etc.
Problem-solving attitude, with attention to detail and performance optimization.
