As our Graphic Designer you’ll be Web3 Pakistan’s go-to visual storyteller. You will design everything from social-media assets and event banners, to media walls, for Web3 Pakistan and its associated projects. You’ll report to the Operations Lead, work closely with marketing, community teams, and juggle multiple project timelines in a remote, fast-paced, decidedly Web3 environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create static and motion graphics for social media, infographics, ads, and one-pagers.

Design posters, roll-ups, livestream overlays, and merchandise graphics for Web3 Pakistan events and partner activations.

Deliver visual assets for partner projects.

Uphold and evolve brand guidelines; ensure visual consistency across Web3 Pakistan and partner projects.

Join daily stand-ups, manage multiple project timelines, and iterate rapidly based on stakeholder input.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years professional graphic-design experience (agency, startup, or freelance)
Expert in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or equivalent FOSS tools
Solid portfolio demonstrating brand, digital-marketing, and social-first design work
Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar for rapid iteration
Comfortable juggling 3-5 concurrent projects with shifting priorities
Strong visual-typography sense and an eye for detail/polish
Excellent written & verbal English; Urdu a plus
Reliable high-speed internet and the discipline to thrive in a fully remote, async team.
