Business Analyst

We're spinning off a tech company and looking for a Business Analyst to be one of our first key hires. In an early-stage startup, flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive mindset are essential. This role will be instrumental in shaping our growth strategy, identifying market opportunities, and streamlining job applications to build a strong foundation for the company.

What You’ll Do:

Market Research: Identify relevant platforms, job boards, and opportunities aligned with our expertise.
Resume Optimization: Tailor profiles for different opportunities, highlighting key skills and experiences.
Application Management: Handle the submission of applications and track progress.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage meetings with prospective clients.
Feedback Analysis: Gather insights from meetings to refine strategies and improve success rates.
