This is a full-time on-site role for a call Center Agent / Verifier. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to verifying customer information, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate.
  • Strong Interpersonal Sales 
  • Customer Sales and Customer Service experience
  • Ability to do multitasking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

Base Salary: 40,000 - 70,000 

Additional Earnings: Competitive commission structure, daily bonuses, and monthly performance-based bonuses
