Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience analysis to target the right customers.
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, focusing on CPC, CTR, Quality Score, and conversion rates.
Write compelling ad copy and suggest creative ideas to enhance campaign performance.
Perform regular A/B testing of ads and landing pages.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, trends, and best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader business goals.

Requirements

Proven experience (3+ years) as a Google Ads Specialist or in a similar role.
Expertise in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of SEO and its integration with paid search campaigns is a plus.
Experience with remarketing campaigns and conversion rate optimization.
Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver results within constraints.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
