We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the competitive real estate market. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team of agents, and achieving revenue targets by building strong client relationships and overseeing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Set individual and team sales objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract signing.
Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
