Management of the entire sales process from the initial request through to the arrival at the final destination.
Liaising with internal (e.g. crew planning, flight dispatch) and external partners (e.g. brokers, handling agents, catering companies) to ensure the client’s needs and wishes are met.
Coordinating and communicating flight revisions to Clients and Partners in a timely fashion; this includes delays, weather updates, changes in scheduling…
Grow both B2B and B2C Customers
Develop additional sales on Experiences with our Network of Partners (Yachts, Private Villas, Hotels, etc.)
Expanding on Client CRM by acquiring detailed knowledge of Client specifics
Proactively monitor flight status and resolve any issues and problems that occur.
Organization of all catering, and additional Client requests (ground transportation, transfers, accommodation, reservations, …)

Qualifications

Previous experience in the field of aviation and/or luxury travel/tourism is preferred.
Minimum 2 years prior working experience in: sales, negotiation, and/or luxury customer service
Hands-on Hubspot, Trello, and Adobe.
Must possess confident and effective interpersonal communication skills when dealing with colleagues, partners, and clients from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.
Highly self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to take initiative.
Target-oriented and dedicated to exceeding performance metrics.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
Proficient in MS Office suite and comfortable learning new systems
Fluent in English to a minimum of B2 Standard.
