As a Social Media Manager at WideHR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our social media presence and engaging our audience across multiple platforms. Your expertise in content creation, social media strategy, and community management will contribute to building brand awareness and driving user engagement. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive content strategies, overseeing analytics and reporting, and utilizing various tools to ensure that our social media channels thrive. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that resonates with our audience, while consistently analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns. You will not be required to manage a team but will work closely with different departments to achieve our social media goals. This position requires a creative and analytical mindset, emphasizing a data-driven approach to social media marketing while ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement across platforms.
  • Create engaging content tailored for various social media channels, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories that align with marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to drive optimization of content and paid advertising campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Manage and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely execution of all social media posts and campaigns.
  • Utilize community management best practices to foster meaningful interactions with followers, respond to inquiries, and build relationships.
  • Conduct trend analysis to stay updated on social media trends and incorporate relevant content ideas into marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to design visually appealing content, employing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and CorelDRAW.
  • Execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads, focusing on audience targeting and campaign analytics.
  • Monitor and engage with audience feedback and conversations, responding promptly and effectively to enhance community engagement.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Develop SEO-optimized content that enhances the online visibility of posts and aligns with the company's digital marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive content strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry changes and best practices in social media and digital marketing to anticipate shifts in audience behavior and preferences.
