Accountant

Wood Pellet Factory is a rapidly expanding manufacturing company specializing in biomass fuel and pellet burners. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cost accounting, inventory control, and ERP implementation, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

The role involves managing the complete financial cycle, including expense tracking, production costing, stock valuations, and preparing financial reports. You will play a key role in helping us maintain cost efficiency and accurate financial insights as we scale operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage ERP/accounting systems for real-time financial tracking
Maintain records of all purchases, expenses, and stock
Prepare monthly financial statements and cost analysis reports
Track production costs and compare them against benchmarks
Monitor accounts receivable and payable
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams for reconciliations and reporting
