Sales Agent - Outbound

Key Responsibilities:

Contact prospects via calls, emails, and social platforms
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing services
Achieve sales goals and manage records efficiently

Ideal Candidate:

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Proven experience in telesales or international BPO
Skilled in cold calling and email marketing
Comfortable with night shift and DHA Phase 8 commute
