The ideal candidate must have strong communication and closing skills and a proven track record of success in outbound sales. As a Closer, you will be responsible for making outgoing calls to prospective customers, identifying customer needs, and closing sales.
You will also be expected to provide support throughout the sales cycle, including follow-up calls and ensuring customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent telephone communication skills and a persuasive sales demeanor. You should also be comfortable working independently and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our SEO services.
- Identify customer needs and present relevant solutions.
- Provide quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep customer databases up to date and accurate.
- Evaluate customer feedback and make improvements as needed
