Financial & Reporting Responsibilities:
Daily Reports:
- ATS updates.
- Cash Flow updates.
- Shipment & Import Transaction progress (L.C., D.A., D.P. updates).
- Aging Receivables & Overdue Payments.
- Sales Targets & Cash Flow Performance.
Weekly Reports (Submit to the Director):
- Profit & Loss Statement.
- Balance Sheet.
- Close weekly cash flow, discuss any adjustments, and prepare a revised cash flow forecast for the following week based on previous week results.
Monthly Reports (By 7th of Every Month):
- Budgeted Profit & Loss Statement (Start of Every Month).
- Budgeted Cash Flow Statement (Start of Every Month) divided into weekly segments.
- Input Budgeted P&L and Cash Flow into SAP.
- Supplier & Customer Ledgers – Obtain sign-offs.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform any other tasks assigned by management or senior staff, such as handling special projects or supporting internal audits.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in operations, banking coordination, or supply chain management.
- Technical Proficiency: SAP, Excel, and financial tracking software.
- Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate with banks, customers, and suppliers effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial documentation and operational reports.
