We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with a strong background in the retail apparel sector. The ideal candidate will have experience managing inventory data with accuracy and speed and possess excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data related to inventory, sales, and production in company databases and ERP SOFTWARE.
- Maintain organized and error-free records for audits and reports.
- Generate, analyze, and share Excel-based reports and data summaries.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Manage and organize digital and physical records for easy accessibility.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role within the retail textile industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage large datasets efficiently.
- Knowledge of ERP systems or textile-specific software such as G TECH is a plus.
