We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to establish and oversee operations at a new rehabilitation center for drug addiction and psychotic patients in Islamabad. The Manager will be responsible for setting up the facility, recruiting staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, managing patient care, and leading marketing and outreach efforts to build referral networks with health institutions, psychiatrists, and therapy providers.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Psychiatry, Social Work, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in rehabilitation center management, hospital administration, or mental health services.
Strong understanding of addiction treatment, detoxification procedures, and mental health therapy. Knowledge of Pakistan’s healthcare regulations, licensing, and accreditation requirements.
Experience in financial planning, staffing, patient care management, and marketing.
Excellent leadership, crisis management, and communication skills
