Machine Operator

YKK Pakistan Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of machine operation, safety procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and CNC operation. This position is crucial as the Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of chemical plating products. The role involves adhering to safety standards and quality control processes to ensure efficient production and minimize downtime. This position requires a minimum of one year of relevant experience and a DAE in chemical plating, ensuring that all operations align with industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor machinery during production processes to ensure output meets quality standards and specifications.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and handling materials to ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct routine checks and maintenance on machines to ensure they function effectively and prevent breakdowns.
Diagnose and troubleshoot machine malfunctions, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions promptly.
Maintain accurate records of machine operations, production quantities, and any maintenance performed, contributing to operational efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production planning and manage workflow efficiently while meeting deadlines.
