You will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our online store. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around optimizing product listings, managing inventory, assisting with marketing initiatives, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the e-commerce industry and have a solid understanding of various online retail platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Listing Management:

  • Upload, update, and maintain product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and implement price adjustments in response to market trends and competitor analysis.

2. Inventory Control:

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability.
  • Implement effective stock management practices to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Work with suppliers and vendors to manage product replenishments and deliveries.

3. Order Processing and Fulfilment:

  • Process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring timely order fulfilment.
  • Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure smooth order dispatch and delivery.
  • Address any order-related issues, such as tracking inquiries and returns.

4. Customer Support:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, or phone to resolve inquiries and complaints.
  • Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and other inquiries to facilitate a positive shopping experience.
  • Handle customer feedback and reviews, actively seeking opportunities for improvement.

5. Marketing Assistance:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute e-commerce campaigns and promotions.
  • Assist with content creation, including product images, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.

6. E-commerce Analytics:

  • Analyse sales data and website traffic to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to guide decision-making and strategy development.

7. Website Maintenance:

  • Ensure the website's content and product information are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in the identification and resolution of website issues and bugs.
