Business Development Associate

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a key part in identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and passionate about creating meaningful connections that contribute to long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research and outreach
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align strategies
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and market trends
Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office suite is a plus
