Cold Calling Agent

We are looking for a results-driven and confident Cold Calling Agent to join our sales outreach team. The ideal candidate has prior experience working in a call center environment and is comfortable making outbound calls to engage potential clients, qualify leads, and set appointments. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a target-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

Make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to prospective customers.
Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
Handle objections professionally and remain persistent in follow-ups.
Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM with relevant information.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and lead conversion targets.
Follow cold calling scripts and adjust pitches based on call response.
Collaborate with team members to improve calling strategies and customer engagement.
Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6 months to 1 year of experience in cold calling or outbound sales (B2B or B2C).
Fluent in spoken English with a neutral or clear accent.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
Confident, persuasive, and energetic on the phone.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
