We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage the day-to-day HR functions at our on-site location. This role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR administration, employee engagement, and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill marketing, tech, and administrative roles
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring and onboarding process, including document verification and induction programs.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities, training sessions, and engagement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

HR Administration & Compliance:

  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll processing.
  • Handle leave management, appraisals, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.

Performance & Payroll Management:

  •  Assist in conducting performance reviews and feedback sessions
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll processing and employee benefits administration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in an on-site position. 
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and payroll systems.
