We are seeking a highly communicative and fluent English speaker for our USA-based project. Candidates must have experience in the packaging industry.

Managing incoming calls, chats, and emails efficiently.
Generating sales inquiries through inbound calls, custom quote request forms, chats, and emails.
Ensuring every inquiry is handled professionally while working under the supervision of the Sales Manager and Project Manager to maximize conversions.
Assessing customer needs and collaborating with the estimation team to provide timely and accurate price quotations.
Conducting periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales.
Handling customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within company guidelines and production capabilities.
Maintaining detailed records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork, and other relevant files.
Coordinating with the design team to implement artwork changes requested by customers.
Working closely with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.

NOTE:

Job timing is 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM with Saturday and Sunday off.
Candidates must have fluency in spoken and written English.
The mentioned salary is exclusive of sales commissions.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of US-based packaging industry experience.
